02 — ORIGIN
Why we built this.
Factory layouts live in two places: a PowerPoint that lies, or a 3D CAD model that takes six weeks.
Neither moves at the speed a hardware team actually moves.
We know because we were that team — mechanical engineers standing up lines, moving machines, and duct-taping the gap with spreadsheets. The seams between tools cost us more than the tools ever did.
So we closed them. XENOPS is smarter than PowerPoint, faster than CAD, and built by people who've had a forklift on the floor waiting for the answer.

The seams are the problem.Not the tools, not the teams. The handoffs between them are where factories lose years.

Nobody rips and replaces a running plant.Any pitch that starts with 'throw it away' has never stood on a plant floor. Fluidity or nothing.

Intent should survive the handoff.The telephone game is not a law of physics. It's a tooling gap, and tooling gaps can be closed.

Speed is the ROI.LOI→FAI duration is the number a factory feels. Everything we build serves that clock.
